Sham was here & there

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera,

I've been a bit busy lately...with work of course :p nevertheless, i enjoyed my work very much & i never sighed a bit even! Here are some of the events that took place recently in my diary...

1) This is what i can call a replica of a 3 1/2 storey bungalow house created by my students in a task given to them in the class recently...not bad huh? The materials are made up of 'straws' and the joints are tied up with 'celofin-tape' ??? correct me if the spelling is wrong! I saw my students were having so much fun doing the activity & of course i shall keep this as unforgettable memory :-)

2) Ok, on the green signboard u can see UTHM...yeah, that is my working place..this photo was taken by me in the highway during my way back to Batu Pahat from Johor Bahru...actually, UTHM is located in Parit Raja, roughly about 7 kilometer from Ayer Hitam Toll gate & it takes me approximately 1 hour of journey from Johor Bahru...What i would like to highlight here is that, Parit Raja is a medium type of town ~ not too big nor small~ u see, i've been working in KL for 1 year & i honestly say that i dislike KL...it takes pages for me to explain why??!! hehe...but to compare between KL & Parit Raja, i prefer to stay in Parit Raja anyway...so what, as long as i'm happy, that would be enough for me :-)

ok, this is UTHM...we all are so proud of her!!! hehe...

3) Now let's move on to my career's story...fyi, i will be furthering my studies in a Master's Degree Program this coming July 2009...I've submitted my application to University of Malaya & UiTM in Shah Alam...result shall be known in april 2009...so i will become a 'student' again :) & for the sake of my future & career path as well, i will give the utmost commitment & focuss to my studies so that hopefully i will be graduating with flying color result & be more successful thereafter...so, wish me luck ok guys!!!

4) This pic was taken on 28/02/2009...i went to British Council in KL on the said date to make a reservation for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination as it was a requirement for every academic staff who wish to further their studies either in local varsity or abroad...the exam will be held on 13 & 14 March 2009 so i have about 1 week to do some exercise coz practice makes perfect...but i tot nobody is perfect, so why practice??? huhu...
Well, i think that's it for now....more events are Q-ing in March & April...i will write something if the time is allowing me to do so & insyaAllah, i always pray to Allah to give me the strength in facing all the challenges awaiting for me ahead...amin...
regards,
~Mr. Slar~
